Hi! I'm Shannon. Yes, my last name is legally Kill. I am wife to one, birth mother to two, with a passion for the nations. My love for people is rivaled only by my constant confusion over them. I give without question, questioning everything else. I'm a self-proclaimed DIYer, a wannabe writer, and a big ball of random knowledge.

I recently left my comfy job with a large (and getting larger) corporation to pursue a lifestyle I'm actually comfortable teaching my kids about- one where life outweighs work, but where hard work still allows you to have the kind of life that helps you sleep soundly at night. Work Experience
January 2017 - Today
I am a freelance writer, blogger, VA, web researcher, social media content manager and really anything else that allows me to work and pick my daughter up from school on time.
2011-2017
I came on board a large corporation as green 20 year old responding to an ad through a temp agency about a job as a receptionist in January of 2011 and quickly climbed the ranks. During my 6 years there, I took on more roles than I can count, ending my career in management. There was always so much promise for the future, but never any room for living in the now.
I am now accepting new clients! I have open availability for another 2-3 clients, part-time (2-10 hours/week for social media/content writing).
